Project and contact information, the exact repository URL and revision, collection geometry, proposed tokenomics, market parameters, capital assumptions, support needs, and the submitted whitepaper.

To create the public Road Show board and project sheets, enable questions and support matching, preserve an evidence digest, and contact the submitter. Intake materials are not sold or used to train a public model.

The submitter email and whitepaper file are stored privately. The project thesis, public handle, repository and revision, collection facts, launch geometry, tokenomics, Anvil parameters, capital assumptions, support needs, whitepaper SHA-256, comments, and aggregate support count are public. Do not submit private keys, credentials, identity documents, sanctions-sensitive data, or code you are not authorized to share.

Public project sheets remain visible until removed by Road Show or upon a validated request from the submitting contact, subject to legal record obligations. Private support-interest emails are used only for the requested project introduction. A dedicated privacy mailbox remains an operational launch item.

Publication is explicit at the last submission step. The PDF file and private email are not published. The public sheet is a submitter-authored proposal, not Road Show verification, investment diligence, Anvil approval, Special Projects placement, or a token offering.
